Core inclusions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, every engagement includes a custom website design and build using Webflow, mobile optimisation for tablet and mobile devices, SSL security across the entire website, foundational SEO setup with page titles, metadata, meta descriptions, image alt text, and basic schema, professional email setup, one monthly website update request, and basic analytics setup showing traffic overview and top pages.

Bonus inclusions

From time to time, Seedwell Co. may, at its discretion and by mutual agreement with the Client, offer additional services or features as part of a project. These bonus inclusions are not guaranteed and are not part of Seedwell Co.’s standard service plans.

Bonus inclusions may include, but are not limited to:

• Additional website pages beyond the standard plan scope
• Google Business Profile setup or optimisation
• Local directory or citation listings
• Increased frequency of content or website updates
• Additional analytics setup or reporting access

Any bonus inclusions are offered as a once-off value add for the specific project and do not set a precedent for future work, renewals, or other clients.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, bonus inclusions:

• Are limited to the initial project or launch phase
• Do not continue beyond the agreed scope
• Do not form part of ongoing support or service entitlements
• Are promotional and for a limited time only

Deliverables

After briefing, you can expect a website draft within approximately two weeks. The target launch date depends on timely client approvals. Seedwell Co. is not responsible for delays caused by missing content or approvals from your end.

Fees, Payments & Hosting Costs

Service fees, setup costs, and plan inclusions are agreed in writing between Seedwell Co. and the Client prior to work commencing. These may be outlined in a proposal, invoice, service agreement, or written correspondence.

The minimum term is twelve (12) months from the website launch date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Payment is due in accordance with the invoice terms.

Payments overdue by more than fourteen (14) days may result in temporary suspension of the website or associated services until payment is resolved.

Website Hosting Costs

Website hosting is included and fully managed by Seedwell Co. during the initial twelve (12) month term.

After the initial term ends, website hosting is billed directly to the Client through Webflow’s client billing system. This keeps hosting costs separate from Seedwell Co.’s service plans and allows Webflow (as the website hosting provider) to adjust pricing independently over time.

Webflow hosting fees are set by Webflow and typically range between approximately $20–$40 AUD per month, depending on the site plan and features required. These costs are payable directly to Webflow and are outside Seedwell Co.’s control.

Seedwell Co. will continue to manage the website, domain, and technical setup under the existing agreed service plan, however hosting fees remain separate unless otherwise stated in writing.

Pricing updates and adjustments

Seedwell Co. reserves the right to review and adjust pricing at the end of any twelve-month term or at minimum every twenty-four months, to reflect increases in operational costs, software, hosting, staffing, or cost of living. Any pricing updates will be communicated in writing with reasonable notice before renewal. Existing clients will never receive sudden or retroactive price increases.

Domain and hosting

Domains are registered under your legal name and ABN but managed by Seedwell Co. Hosting, SSL, analytics, and technical management are included for the first twelve months. Ownership of content and domain transfers fully to you once all invoices are paid and the minimum term is complete.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business details and ABN, brand assets including logo, colours, and images, access to required third-party platforms, and timely approvals and responses. Seedwell Co. is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or missing information from your side.

Ongoing support

Minor content updates are limited to one request per month. Requests may be batched within reason. Larger updates, redesigns, or new functionality will be quoted separately.

Term, renewal and cancellation

The minimum term is twelve months. Your agreement automatically renews month-to-month after the initial term. Thirty days' written notice is required for cancellation. Early termination within the first twelve months requires payment of the remaining balance.

Ownership, transfer and after twelve months

The Client owns the website content, design, and domain name once the initial twelve (12) month term is complete and all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.

After the initial term, the Client may choose to:

• Continue with fully managed hosting and support through Seedwell Co.; or
• Transfer hosting to their own Webflow account

If the Client chooses to transfer hosting or migrate away from Seedwell Co., Seedwell Co. will assist with a reasonable and orderly transition.

A transfer, migration, or offboarding fee may apply to cover administrative time, platform setup, DNS updates, and handover support in general, if a full 30 days notice is given there likely will be little to no fee for transfers. Any applicable fee will be communicated in advance.

Seedwell Co. retains the right to reuse non-client-specific components, frameworks, templates, or internal processes developed during the project.

Limitation of liability

Seedwell Co. is not liable for third-party outages or platform failures, SEO ranking changes or algorithm updates, data loss caused by external systems, or business revenue or performance outcomes. All services are provided in good faith using industry best practices.

Future services and add-ons

Additional services such as advanced SEO, photography, booking systems, or marketing support may be offered separately and quoted independently.

Partnership Approach & One-Off Builds

Seedwell Co. operates on a partnership-based model. We enjoy building long-term foundations, not quick fixes.

At the Client’s request, Seedwell Co. may agree to deliver a one-off or “quick build” website at our discretion. Where a one-off build is agreed:

• The work is limited strictly to the agreed scope
• No ongoing support, maintenance, updates, SEO, or technical assistance are included after delivery
• Any future changes or support requests will require a new agreement or service plan
